Overview

My client, a well-established and leading Yorkshire retailer, is currently seeking an Omni-channel Marketing Manager to work out of their new Rotherham location.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement omni-channel marketing strategies to increase sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement across stores, website, third-party marketplaces, and B2B customers.
  • Manage digital presence, including website content, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Coordinate in-store promotions and events to drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends for growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and brand partners like Samsung and Bosch.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service departments for aligned messaging.
  • Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in omni-channel marketing, preferably in retail.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
  • Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation.
  • Creative with the ability to develop innovative strategies.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
  • Understanding of retail trends and consumer behavior.
