A leading retail marketing agency is seeking an Omnichannel Manager to plan and manage retail displays and communication for mobile products. This role involves working closely with stakeholders and ensuring successful project delivery within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have expertise in retail operations and project management. The position offers a competitive salary between £55,000 - £58,000 plus bonuses and benefits.
ARE YOU THE ONE?
The Omnichannel Manager will be responsible for planning and managing the rollout of fixtures, devices, and messaging for our client’s and Network Operator Partners' retail displays across all mobile products. You will also plan and manage all retail communication and engagement within your relevant network partner(s), with responsibility for the management and governance of all retail contractual agreements.
While planning these activities is key, the operational delivery and end-to-end management of projects and programmes are fundamental to this role. You must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, juggling multiple tasks.
This role is based at Samsung's head office in Chertsey, with regular external visits to meet with one of our major Network Operator Partners in Contact Centres, Digital, and Retail environments. You will manage a broad range of stakeholders across Contact Centre, Retail, Channel Marketing, and Account Management to ensure the successful delivery of all retail and contact centre initiatives within the relevant mobile channels.
