Job summary

Henry Schein UK is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience across telephone, email and omni channels. You will resolve issues, log details in the CRM and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses.

The role requires excellent English, basic numeracy, and the ability to manage high volumes with care. A hybrid working culture and benefits package are on offer.

Qualifications

• High standard of spoken and written English is required together with basic numeracy.
• Experience with customer service and multi-channel communication is preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and JD Edwards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Friendly, polite and helpful communication by telephone, email and omni channels.
• Log call details accurately into a CRM case file and provide first touch resolution when possible.
• Collaborate with internal teams, field staff and external partners to resolve issues.
• Communicate with external carriers to track deliveries and arrange returns.
• Handle administrative tasks and process non-stock orders and credit notes.
