Full-time permanent position focused on technical sales within Tier 1 Manufacturers.

Location: Midland’s regional role

Our client, a global leader in OEM, is offering an excellent opportunity for Business Development Managers covering the North East and North West regions. These new roles are integral to the UK division's growth and expansion, allowing you to add value to the UK commercial team and develop a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new revenue streams by expanding product/service range and penetrating customer markets
  • Technical sales into Tier 1 Manufacturers
  • Build and maintain customer partnerships and relationships
  • Maximise commercial opportunities and contract growth
  • Support after-sales activities and customer development
  • Expand your geographical client portfolio through market mapping, client visits, events, and media
  • Attend trade events and network extensively
  • Enhance product knowledge to serve as a product ambassador
  • Provide excellent customer service to multiple clients
  • Negotiate prices, forecast sales, and manage pricing strategies
  • Contribute to sales growth of existing accounts through proactive relationship management, aiming for long-term growth and profitability
  • Manage ongoing projects with existing customers, including pricing, specifications, and project coordination
  • Offer guidance and support across business stakeholders
