Overview

Store Manager role based in Omagh, County Tyrone, United Kingdom. Crown Paints are seeking to recruit a permanent Store Manager to join the team based in Omagh.

The role is a permanent, full time position working 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday and weekends on a rota basis). In return, we are offering a competitive salary + bonus + excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to full-time and part-time Sales Assistants/Drivers to maximise store profits.
• Drive innovative yet effective sales with a range of decorative paints and sundry items.
• Manage and motivate the team to deliver a personal customer experience from the moment customers enter the store.

As the Omagh Store Manager, you will be looked upon by our team for support and guidance and will oversee store performance and customer service.
