Job Description:

Job Responsibility:
The Oliver McGowan Project Coordinator will support the Learning Disabilities and Autism team in rolling out Oliver McGowan training across West Yorkshire, facilitating assurance to NHSE on behalf of NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board, and working collaboratively with colleagues in Learning Disabilities, Neurodiversity, and Workforce roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the rollout of Oliver McGowan training across West Yorkshire, ensuring infrastructure is in place and providing assurance to NHSE.
  • Coordinate the Oliver McGowan training steering group, reporting to WY governance structures and the MHLDA Partnership Board.
  • Manage funding allocations, work with finance and procurement departments, and provide regular assurance reporting to NHSE.
  • Attend regional and national training forums, communicating information to WY partners.

The post holder will work predominantly from home, with some weekly and monthly meetings across West Yorkshire, and will be expected to deliver against organisational, team, and personal objectives, achieving quality outcomes and prioritizing their workload.
