Job summary

Essex Cares Limited is seeking an Older People Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred support to older adults across Essex and beyond. The role includes delivering tailored activities to maintain independence and encourage social interaction, across on-site and community settings, with travel between centers.

The post requires a full driving licence and own vehicle, 37 hours per week, and a permanent full-time contract.

As an Older People Support Worker, you will join a dedicated team offering specialist, person-centred support to individuals with decreased mobility, or individuals living with Alzheimer's, dementia and Parkinson's. You'll be delivering a range of tailored activities focused on maintaining independence and encouraging social interaction through both on-site and community-based activities.
