  • Define the global social strategy for engaging Teens at both channel and content levels, partnering with the dedicated Social Media Manager to enable effective and impactful market activations.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Media, Planning, and Influencer teams to develop a cohesive and integrated approach to engaging Older Kids and Teens across all touchpoints.

  • Use audience insights to inform strategic testing and measurement frameworks, driving continual optimisation of content and campaign effectiveness.

  • Enable the Editorial team to plan effectively against strategic priorities, aligning key moments and tentpole activations for successful rollout.

  • Bring platform expertise, trend awareness, and deep understanding of Older Kids’ and Teens’ passions into the strategy—ensuring agility and responsiveness within a fast-paced social media environment.
