A leading mental health service provider in Bolton is seeking a dynamic individual for a full-time role in community mental health services. You will oversee operational management, lead a multidisciplinary team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality service to users with mental health needs. The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality Older Adults Community Mental Health Services and will deliver on the agreed model and related operational procedures. You will also support and deliver on service developments in relation to the community transformation agenda.
The post holder will have responsibility for the provision of leadership and management for the delivery of efficient and effective community mental health services and will lead, develop, promote, and evaluate a flexible, service user-focused service.
The post holder has responsibility for a portfolio of older adult services, including the OACMHT & Care Home Liaison service.
This position is currently full-time and may require travel to other sites within the directorate and Trust locations as needed. The post holder will also participate in the Bronze on-site/on-call rota.
