A community healthcare organization in Bolton seeks a dynamic individual for a leadership role in community mental health services. The position involves managing a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support service developments. Candidates must have prior managerial experience and be registered professionals. The role includes participation in the service’s operational management and requires flexibility with site travel.
The Bolton Mental Health Directorate has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to apply for this role.
The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality Older Adults Community Mental Health Services and will deliver on the agreed model and related operational procedures. You will also support and deliver on service developments in relation to the community transformation agenda.
The post holder will have responsibility for the provision of leadership and management for the delivery of efficient and effective community mental health services and will lead, develop, promote and evaluate a flexible service user focused service
The post holder has responsibility for a portfolio of older adult services which includes the OACMHT & Care Home Liaison service
This position is currently full time and may require the post holder to travel to other sites within the directorate and other Trust locations as and when required. The post holder will also be expected to participate in the Bronze on site / on call rota.
