Job summary

ActAI is seeking a senior People Operations leader to own the systems, processes and frameworks that drive performance across the company. You will lead company-wide OKR planning and review cycles, design scalable processes, and analyze organizational data to drive accountability and high performance.

You will partner with leadership to improve execution, build dashboards, define HR system requirements and advance career development initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in People Operations, People Analytics, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting or related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
Experience designing or improving performance management frameworks, OKRs or organizational processes.
Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
Ability to write clear business requirements and improve operational workflows.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
High ownership, attention to detail and a bias toward execution.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve the company's performance management framework.
Lead company-wide OKR planning, tracking and quarterly review cycles.
Design and implement scalable people processes that improve organizational effectiveness.
Analyze people, performance and operational data to identify trends, measure outcomes and recommend improvements.
Build dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights into organizational performance.
Define business requirements for HR systems, reporting tools and workflow automation.
Partner with leaders across the company to improve team performance and execution.
Develop frameworks for performance reviews, calibration, promotions and career development.
Drive initiatives that strengthen accountability, ownership and a high-performance culture.
Ensure company values are embedded throughout employee programs, performance evaluations and day-to-day operations.
Continuously identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate inefficiencies and improve the employee experience.
Support strategic people initiatives and organizational projects as the company grows.
