Job summary

Paragon GE is seeking an experienced Process Engineering Consultant to support the Projects portfolio, delivering process engineering studies, technical assessments, and design deliverables for field development and asset optimisation.

The role is London-based with hybrid working and regular travel to operational sites, including West Africa. The assignment is a 1-year renewable consultancy engaging with the client’s London projects team and broader operations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in onshore brownfield Oil & Gas assets
• Development and evaluation of field development concepts
• Delivery of process engineering studies, technical assessments, and recommendations
• Production of engineering deliverables, reports, calculations, and specs
• Use of industry-standard engineering methodologies for safe, cost-effective solutions
• Proficiency with process simulation tools (Unisim, Flare System Analyser, Flaresim) and engagement with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering studies from concept to FEED/detailed design.
• Develop and evaluate field development concepts using production, reservoir, and geoscience data.
• Prepare process design deliverables and technical specifications for project decisions.
• Provide technical reviews of vendor/contractor deliverables and support cost estimates.
• Identify opportunities for debottlenecking, efficiency, and reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with project teams across site/office environments and with international sites.
