Greenwich Partners Limited is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to join its team in London. You will work on origination and execution of investments for the business, identifying opportunities and building financial models to project returns.

You will present analysis to senior management and contribute to deal negotiation and execution. You will gain exposure across all aspects of the deal process and portfolio management, aligning with senior leadership on strategic investment

Formación

• Associate (or very good senior analyst) in M&A with a major bank or advisor
• Investment professional from a private equity or infrastructure fund
• Energy, Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Infrastructure experience is useful

Responsabilidades

• Identify potential investments for the company
• Carry out an initial business, sector and financial review of the target
• Model financial returns of the investment
• Present analysis to senior management
• Work on the negotiation and execution of the deal
• Manage portfolio of assets
