Overview

My client is a highly regarded US boutique investment bank and they are expanding their EMEA Energy Group and keen to recruit an Associate (and Analyst) with Oil & Gas M&A experience - down/mid/upstream all relevant.

You will be seeking an active and ambitious platform with a strong track record of success in EMEA and the Americas.

You will either be an Oil & Gas specialist already, or looking to deepen your specialisation having gained M&A and sector expertise as part of a credible Industrials or broader Natural Resources Group. Your CV will exhibit first rate M&A execution experience.

Responsibilities

• Support (and help lead) the management of live transactions
• Drive (and begin to oversee) the production of marketing presentations, Information Memoranda and other transaction documentation
• Begin to take a lead role in developing strategic ideas for clients
• Provide support to senior professionals with the development/maintaining of client relationships and new business

Qualifications

• Previous Energy / Oil & Gas Investment Banking experience
• Detailed financial valuation modelling experience (DCF, Merger and LBO)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
