Overview

Oil & Gas Lawyer (3+ years') to join a market-leading Energy & Infrastructure team in Edinburgh. This role offers exposure to high-value, strategically significant projects across the oil and gas sector.

The Role

You will advise on a wide range of matters, including upstream operational contracts, field development agreements, service sector contracts, regulatory issue and M&A support. This is a client-facing role with excellent scope to develop expertise and build long-term relationships.

About You

• Qualified solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in oil and gas law
• Strong technical, drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercially minded with excellent communication abilities
• Proactive team player who can manage complex transactions
