Dual Registered Children's Home Manager - Birmingham

Salary: Starting from £50,000 (negotiable, with planned increase upon second home registration)
Location: Birmingham (exact location shared during interview process)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced and passionate leader in children's residential care? We're looking for a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two homes supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

About the Homes

  • Home 1: Currently operational - small and homely service for young people with EBD.
  • Home 2: Small and homely service, close to home one. Currently going through registration.

You'll play a key role in shaping both services, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and positive outcomes for the young people we support.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting
  • Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and quality standards
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire staff teams
  • Excellent understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred care
  • Willingness to dual register with OFSTED

Essential Qualifications

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent
  • Full UK driving licence
