Leader Group is recruiting on behalf of a client for an OFSTED Registered Manager role in a children's residential home specialising in Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD) in Solihull. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a solo home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with OFSTED regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment.
  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated care staff to deliver exceptional care and support.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each child's needs.
  • Ensure compliance with OFSTED standards and regulations, aiming for outstanding inspection results.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staff rotas efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager looking to step up.
  • Strong understanding of OFSTED regulations and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it).
