Up to £45,000.00 per annum + on-call payment/overtime

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential care home.
  2. Ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations and maintain high standards of care.
  3. Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support.

  5. Conduct regular assessments and reviews of care practices.
