Company Description: Flora Care Group operates Ofsted Registered children's homes specializing in therapeutic care throughout the North West.

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Ofsted Registered Children's Home Manager located in Maghull. The role involves day-to-day management of the children's home, implementing therapeutic care strategies, overseeing staff, and ensuring the well-being of the children in the home.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in therapeutic care and working with children
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement care plans
  • Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and requirements
  • Experience in staff management and training
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or equivalent
  • Experience in social work or related fields is a plus
