Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of offsite manufacturing? We're looking for an Offsite Standardisation Manager with an electrical/mechanical bias to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development, implementation, and adoption of standardised offsite (OSM) products across our business.Your mission will be to collaborate with various teams-central technical, offsite manufacturing, design, estimating, and project delivery-to ensure that our standardised solutions are not only developed but also embedded in designs and consistently delivered on-site.
Extensive experience in mechanical/electrical building services projects. Background in offsite manufacturing, DFMA, or standardisation within construction/MEP. Strong communication skills with a proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders. Experience with BIM processes and digital engineering (Revit libraries, data structures). Solid understanding of construction methodologies, costing, and programme impacts. Experience in developing repeatable products or standard solutions.
I.Eng, MCIBSE, MIET, B.Eng (Hons) or equivalent.
