Job summary

NG Bailey is seeking an Offsite Standardisation Manager with an electrical/mechanical bias, ideally based in Leeds. You’ll lead the development and adoption of standardised offsite products across the business, collaborating across design, estimating and project delivery teams to ensure repeatable, DFMA-aligned solutions.

You’ll work with BIM to model and maintain Revit libraries, influence design for manufacture, and drive adoption through robust governance and clear product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience of mechanical/electrical building services projects.
• Experience in offsite manufacturing, DFMA or standardisation within construction/MEP.
• Strong communication, proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and adoption of standardised offsite products across the business.
• Ensure products align with strategy, repeatability targets and governance.
• Collaborate with design, estimating and project teams to embed standardised solutions.
• Promote DFMA principles and challenge traditional design approaches.
• Coordinate with BIM team to model, coordinate and maintain products in the Revit library.
• Support tender solutions, cost models and programmes with standardised products.
