Job summary

RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is recruiting for a full-time, permanent role to lead offshore wind operations and safety across offshore and onshore assets in the UK.

You will act as operational owner of OEM Service & Maintenance Agreement, drive reliability and performance, and coordinate diverse teams including SOV-based maintenance, vessel contractor and Central Control Room. Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy or related discipline.
• Significant offshore wind operations experience.
• Experience managing OEM maintenance contracts and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of wind turbine operations and performance analysis.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and maintain safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and compliance across offshore and onshore operations.
• Deliver production and availability targets by monitoring wind farm performance.
• Own OEM Service & Maintenance Agreement performance and improvements.
• Oversee SOV-based maintenance model with stakeholders and crews.
• Improve asset reliability through data-led trend analysis and root-cause investigations.
• Represent the asset owner and report to the General Manager.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and lifecycle cost improvements.
• Maintain regulatory assurance and audit expectations.
