Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Vessel Supervisor to oversee vessel-based stimulation operations in offshore environments, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery while coordinating across vessel, platform, and shore-based teams.

The ideal candidate will have offshore supervision experience, knowledge of vessel stimulation techniques, and a background in engineering. The position offers field-based shifts, travel, and a path to contribute to Production Enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising offshore stimulation operations.
• Knowledge of vessel stimulation techniques and interface activities.
• Ability to coordinate operational teams across offshore environments.
• Experience supporting operational planning and service delivery.
• BSc in Engineering or equivalent industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervising vessel stimulation operations and on-site service execution.
• Coordinating activities between vessel, platform, and shore-based teams.
• Reviewing operational plans, risk assessments, and job readiness requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, and operational procedures.
• Maintaining accurate operational records and customer documentation.
