Job summary
Spectrum Vessel Services Ltd operates crew transfer and survey vessels supporting offshore wind, cable, and marine projects across the UK and Northwest Europe. Based in Ramsgate, the company maintains a fleet of crew transfer vessels.Spectrum is seeking a highly experienced Skipper / Yachtmaster / Master 200+ to safely navigate and operate CTVs, supervise crew transfers, lead onboard training, and ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Must hold STCW Basic Safety Training and ENG1 Medical.
- Experience in offshore renewables or crew transfer vessels is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Safe navigation and operation of crew transfer and survey vessels.
- Lead onboard training and safety drills.
- Oversee personnel and cargo transfers to offshore assets.
- Conduct vessel inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations.
