A leading care organization is seeking a Residential Care Manager to manage staffing and budgetary requirements for a residential service. You will ensure a welcoming environment for children and young people, with a salary of up to £46.50/h. The role offers hybrid work options and is outside IR35 for higher take-home pay. A level 4/5 qualification in residential childcare is required, along with a clean driving license.

A wonderful opportunity has just been presented to us here at Leaders in Care, for an experienced care manager to relocate to a gorgeous holiday destination in the channel islands, to join the team as a Residential Care Manager.
In this role, you will manage staffing, resourcing and budgetary requirements in order to ensure the children and young people involved in the service have a warm and welcoming home, where they can grow and develop.
Leaders in Care are offering up to £46.50/h for this role.
With this council, you can expect a hybrid working pattern and flexible working arrangements are also considered, to allow you to have a good work life balance and take advantage of all the Island has to offer.
You will also benefit from the role being outside IR35, meaning an increase in your take home pay compared to the mainland.
To be considered for this role, you must have a level 4/5 qualification in residential childcare or equivalent (minimum). As well as a full and clean manual drivers license.
