Job summary

Oceaneering is seeking an NDT Technician – Multi-Disciplined II to execute ultrasonic, radiographic, liquid penetrant, and magnetic particle testing on critical components, in offshore and on‑shore projects.

You'll uphold health, safety and environmental standards, perform risk assessments, and generate clear inspection reports. You will participate in continuous improvement within Oceaneering's IMDS Global Operations Management department.

Qualifications

• PCN Radiography Level 2 certification required.
• PCN Ultrasonic Level 2 certification required.
• PCN Liquid Penetrant Level 2 certification required.
• PCN Magnetic Particle Level 2 certification required.
• Rope Access Level 1 (minimum) and Offshore Survival.
• MIST and Fit to Train compliance.
• Valid UK driving licence and passport.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Eye test meeting radiography requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out ultrasonic, radiography, liquid penetrant, and magnetic particle testing.
• Maintain safe work area and verify safety signage for NDT activities.
• Perform risk assessments and Take‑II assessments prior to work.
• Test NDT equipment and report faults to supervisor.
• Inspect components per specifications and standards.
• Evaluate results and communicate high-density findings.
• Produce clear inspection reports detailing methods and results.
• Obtain radiography exposures with evidence when profiling.
