ROLE:

  • Offshore/Marine Coordinator (1 week on / 1 week off)

Contract Duration:

  • ASAP - 31-Jan-2026 with potential to extend

Location: Grimsby, Lincolnshire

Contract Type: UK - Inside IR35

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday - Friday (12 hours per day)
  • 7/7 days / 12 Hours day

Description & Responsibilities

Offshore Coordination is a key support function to site management, enabling safe transit and access to assets for Operations and Maintenance.

The Offshore Coordinator executes vessel and helicopter movements as per plans and schedules from site or hub Planning/Scheduling functions.

Focus areas include vessel tracking, people tracking, and Operational Control under UK-specific safe systems of work.

Responsibilities include understanding Client Energy Asset Integrity Management policies, emergency response coordination, vessel/helicopter traffic control, maintaining operational competence, tracking personnel and vessels, managing WTG access restrictions, optimizing vessel use, operating offshore management systems, inputting data into Wind Farm Reporter, providing weather data analysis, liaising with local stakeholders, issuing notices to mariners, managing data sources, reviewing vessel performance, recording operational metrics, reporting hazards/incidents, attending HSE training, maintaining safety certifications, and ensuring safe transportation and operational control as required.
