Job summary

A leading energy service provider in Great Yarmouth is looking for an Offshore Installation Manager to lead a diverse team in maintaining safety and efficiency in offshore operations. This role entails managing compliance with safety regulations, leading technical initiatives, and ensuring effective emergency response. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, previous offshore OIM experience, and necessary safety certifications. This position is based on a 2/2/2/4 rotation and involves a fixed-term contract of 12 months.

Qualifications

• Outstanding leadership abilities in an offshore hydrocarbon-processing environment.
• Previous SNS OIM experience is essential.
• Extensive experience in technical, supervisory, and management roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an offshore team to ensure client needs are met.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and PFML policies.
• Manage emergency response actions in case of incidents.
