Job Description:

Mane is currently recruiting an Offshore Installation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary offshore representative and lead for HVDC cable installation operations.
2. Coordinate daily offshore activities, including vessel operations, marine coordination, cable lay, burial, and associated marine spreads.
3. Ensure all operations comply with HSE policies, marine standards, and project-specific procedures.
4. Manage and lead offshore teams including subcontractors, vessel crew, and client representatives.
5. Liaise closely with onshore project management, engineering teams, and marine coordination.
6. Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety briefings to promote a strong safety culture.
7. Monitor progress, report daily offshore activities, and escalate issues impacting schedule or safety.
8. Ensure full compliance with permits, licenses, and regulatory frameworks during offshore operations.

Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of subsea cable installation methods, vessel operations, and offshore HSE regulations.
2. Valid offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, GWO, OGUK medical).
3. Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary offshore teams.
4. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
5. Flexibility to work offshore on a rotational or project-assigned basis.
6. Experience with export and inter-array cable installation scopes.
7. Familiarity with trenching, burial, and jointing operations.
