Job summary

Oxygen Talent Solutions is seeking an HSE Advisor for UK offshore energy projects. Based in the UK operations team, you will support vessel readiness, QA/QC and safety performance across the project lifecycle.

The role requires NEBOSH qualifications, offshore experience and a proactive approach to risk management, with hybrid working and regular travel to ports and offshore locations in the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Management or related discipline.
• NEBOSH General Certificate, NEBOSH Construction or equivalent HSE qualification.
• Experience in offshore energy, offshore wind, marine, dredging or maritime construction.

Responsibilities

• Support the HSE Manager in delivering health, safety and environmental objectives across offshore projects.
• Assist in implementing HSE policies, procedures and management systems aligned with UK/EU regs.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through coaching, engagement and leadership.
• Support incident reporting, investigations and corrective action tracking.
• Coordinate vessel HSE readiness inspections and ensure offshore readiness documentation.
• Assist QA/QC activities and maintain quality records and assurance documentation.
• Participate in risk assessments, permit-to-work, toolbox talks and project meetings.
