Remote contract with up to 90 days travel per year

Our client is seeking:

An experienced offshore operations professional with hands-on knowledge of subsea equipment such as trenchers, ROVs or geotechnical spreads. You will have a strong understanding of live offshore environments and a track record of managing operational delivery from mobilisation through to demobilisation.

Position overview:

This is a key role focused on supporting the operational performance of offshore equipment spreads across international subsea projects. You will work closely with the Assets Manager, offshore teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure reliability, readiness, and project success.

Ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, this role suits individuals from a contractor or subsea delivery background who are comfortable troubleshooting, travelling offshore, and working at pace.

Key responsibilities:

1. Equipment readiness and performance
2. Manage the operational performance of ROVs, trenchers and geotechnical equipment
3. Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced, and operationally ready
4. Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
5. Support mobilisation and demobilisation activities for offshore projects
6. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
