This role requires hands-on offshore experience and a strong understanding of live offshore environments, including leading operational delivery of trenching, ROV, or geotechnical spreads from start to finish.

The company delivers field-ready solutions for complex subsea challenges and seeks a candidate who can support offshore teams with minimal ramp-up time.

Location:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead operational support and performance management of offshore equipment spreads (ROVs, trenchers, geotechnical tools, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Assets Manager and offshore teams to meet project KPIs.
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support during mobilizations and campaigns.
  • Manage asset readiness, including maintenance, certifications, audits, and defect reporting.
  • Conduct technical investigations, troubleshoot faults, and suggest improvements.
  • Serve as the point of contact between offshore operations and technical/engineering teams.
  • Support vessel teams with safe offshore operations, promoting HSEQ practices.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams on spare parts, suppliers, and costs.
  • Maintain documentation, compliance records, and maintenance logs.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience managing full offshore spreads in live environments.
  • Understanding of offshore delivery and client expectations.
