A global accounting firm is seeking a Corporate Restructuring & Recovery Senior Manager for its Channel Islands offices. The role involves managing client portfolios within the financial services industry, supporting the director, and leading a team. Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge aligned with excellent communication and man management skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily case management across a client portfolio mainly within the financial services industry.
• Support the Director by managing client relationships as well as developing new business.
• Manage a team and support them in both Guernsey and Jersey, as well as training, developing and mentoring.
• Establishment of internal budgets and fee setting as well as variance analysis and resolution.
• Act as an ambassador of the Firm both internally and externally.
