Le candidat idéal aura une expérience significative en mise en service dans des sous-stations haute tension et une expertise des systèmes électriques et SCADA. Cette position requiert collaboration et gestion des exigences du client, et offre l'opportunité de travailler sur des projets d'envergure jusqu'à 220kV.

Qualifications

  • 10 ans d'expérience en mise en service.
  • Connaissances approfondies des systèmes électriques et des équipements.
  • Expérience avec Siemens Energy ou National Grid souhaitée.

Responsibilities

  • Participer aux réunions de mise en service sur site.
  • Gérer les activités de mise en service entre l'équipement du client et SEL.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de mise en service du contractant.

Job Description:

Offshore Commissioning Client Representative - OSS required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Scotland.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in on site Commissioning Meetings to coordinate the Commissioning scopes.
  • Attend Site Acceptance Tests on behalf of Client to ensure equipment is tested in line with ITP, relevant standards and in line with Client Employers Requirements.
  • Manage interface commissioning activities between SEL and Client equipment.
  • Liaison with SEL quality team to inspect and sign off punch list items.
  • Review relevant Contractor Commissioning Programmes and Commissioning documentation to confirm it meets the needs of Employers Requirements and relevant standards.
  • Create operational instructions/guides on each item of equipment that can be used for the lifetime of the project.
  • Assist the relevant Package Engineers to answer TQ's, review design, raise issues, provide guidance and advice from lessons learnt and previous experience.
  • Close collaboration with the Contractor Commissioning Teams and SAP Team to effectively produce and plan the Commissioning Switching Programmes to facilitate the first time Energisation of equipment and subsequent live Commissioning test.

Requirements

  • 10 years Commissioning experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Power Systems, equipment, SCADA and Protection Systems.
  • Previous experience working for or alongside Siemens Energy, National Grid or Scottish Power Transmission.
  • Previously held a similar position either for Client or Contractor.
  • Worked in High Voltage Substation up to 220kV and held Authorisations (minimum Competent Person).
  • Electrical apprenticeship and higher education in electrical systems.
  • BESC.
  • SHEA Power.
  • Client Contractor National Safety Group Passport.
