A leading engineering company is seeking an Offshore Campaign Administrator to oversee coordination and administrative tasks during the FM Flotel Campaign. This role involves managing timesheets and providing key support to the offshore team. Successful candidates will have a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and essential offshore qualifications, with a rotation schedule of 3 weeks offshore and 3 weeks onshore.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Offshore role where the successful candidate will be in charge of coordinating and admin activities during the FM Flotel Campaign, including completion of campaign timesheets reporting to the Project Manager. This will be a key role within the contract, as the Offshore Campaign Administrator you will be responsible for the creation of scaffold and Fm timesheets and a point of contact for general queries from our offshore workforce on the campaign (inc. pay queries, holiday cash ins, general queries etc). You will also be required to assist the Project Engineer and Onshore Coordinator where applicable. This is a fixed term role starting asap until December 2025.
Rotation is 3 weeks offshore / 3 weeks onshore
Duration is until December
