Job summary
Green Recruitment Company is currently seeking experienced Blade Technicians (IRATA Level 3) to support offshore wind projects across Europe. The role involves blade inspection, maintenance and repair on turbine blades, with rotation schedules and attractive rates.
You will conduct rope access per IRATA, perform composite and leading-edge repairs, and complete documentation while adhering to safety standards. Offshore campaigns offer 12-hour days, 2/2 rotation, and travel days covered.
Qualifications
- IRATA Level 3 certification is required.
- Proven offshore blade technician experience.
- GWO BST (Basic Safety Training) required.
- GWO Sea Survival certification required.
- Working at Heights certification with at least 12 months validity remaining.
- Valid offshore medical certificate required.
Responsibilities
- Perform offshore blade inspections, maintenance and repair activities.
- Conduct rope access operations in accordance with IRATA requirements.
- Carry out composite, structural and leading-edge repairs.
- Complete repair documentation and inspection reports.
- Adhere to offshore safety standards and client procedures.
- Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments and safety briefings.
- Support mobilisation and demobilisation activities.
