V.Group is seeking a 2nd Engineer for an accommodation barge, based on a shipboard assignment. The role requires hands-on generator knowledge and CAT engine experience to troubleshoot with limited resources on board.
The contract spans 10 weeks (+/- 4 weeks) with joining ASAP in Malongo, Angola. Prior COc as 2nd or 3rd Engineer and occasional on-site work aboard a non-self-propelled barge are part of the requirements.
Qualifications
- Good generator knowledge.
- CAT Engine experience on board.
