You will support our sales team by assisting our self-employed Offline Sales Consultants with complex sales and booking processes. Reporting to the Head of Sales, Sales Team Leaders play a key role in driving improvements and implementing changes in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Ideal candidates will have travel industry experience, be confident communicators, and take full ownership of offline sales, including handling pre- and post-booking issues, performing call reviews, and resolving customer concerns directly. Attention to detail is essential for QA checks on bookings, error reporting, and implementing deductions with agents.
You should be comfortable working with data, capable of reporting on agent performance, analyzing issues, and identifying training needs for relevant departments.
Effective time management skills are necessary to handle multiple priorities within tight deadlines. Maintaining professionalism with challenging customers and working well within a busy team are also important. A good knowledge of worldwide travel destinations and a willingness to learn more is desirable.
This role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, scheduled across any five days within the hours of 08:30-20:30, including weekends and bank holidays.
