Job Description:

You will be working in a bilingual environment requiring fluency in French and English; German skills are a plus.

How you will make an impact:

  • Effectively communicate and convey our vision and philosophy to potential new clients and stakeholders.
  • Take full responsibility for assigned clients and their offline marketing campaigns, primarily performance-driven TV campaigns, as well as OOH, Radio, etc.
  • Advise digital commerce companies on opportunities to scale their business through data-driven and intelligent marketing campaigns.
  • Plan, buy, control, and optimize clients’ international offline marketing campaigns, with a focus on TV.
  • Analyze and interpret campaign results, explain them to clients, and discuss results at an advanced level.
  • Prepare clear campaign reports based on proprietary TV attribution tools and third-party tools.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with international clients.
  • Support and train Junior Marketing Managers and share best practices with offline marketing specialists outside the team.

Skills needed to succeed:

  • At least 2 years of experience in offline marketing for digital brands or DRTV.
  • Strong knowledge of the French media market, including TV audience measurement, saleshouses, planning, and buying.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with numbers and Excel.
  • Experience with French planning tools such as Popcorn or Peaktime.
  • Experience with competitor analysis tools like Kantar or Medialand.
  • Good negotiation skills are a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and hands-on attitude.
  • Experience working within startups or in marketing for digital brands is advantageous.
  • Understanding of short-, mid-, and long-term campaign impacts and relevant KPIs.
  • Efficient and results-oriented work style.
