Job description

This is a great opportunity to perform a wide variety of Trust administration tasks to support an ever-growing and diversified international client base, providing high-quality service and developing knowledge of products and services. Responsibilities include assisting with projects, following procedures, responding to compliance queries, highlighting risk issues, maintaining client records, and being aware of risk and reporting suspicious transactions or complaints. The role also involves developing a technical understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.

Candidate requirements:

  • Working towards ICSA/STEP qualification; ideally a professional institute member
  • Strong influencing, interpersonal, analytical, numerical, and organizational skills
  • Flexible and self-motivated
  • Good team player with initiative
  • Knowledge of Jersey finance industry
  • At least 2 years of Trust experience
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of Fiduciary duties
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
