Job description

My client is seeking an Office Manager to join their team based in Nottingham.

This role will be 4 days a week in the office.

This Role Will Include
  • To ensure the smooth running of the office and provide a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
  • To manage the operational functions of HR, including recruitment and onboarding.
  • To organise company events, encouraging attendance and employee engagement.
  • To manage office security, attendance, and logistics for visitors and remote-working staff.
  • To manage the diaries of the Chairman and Managing Director.
Skills

  • Organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Friendly and outgoing.
  • Flexible and people-oriented.
  • IT literate, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Owning key HR processes and activities.
  • Managing the recruitment process; liaising with managers, candidates, contractors, and external recruiters.
  • Developing relationships with relevant organisations and universities, and attending events to attract graduates and promote the company.
  • Managing onboarding activities, ensuring they are tailored to the role and department requirements.
  • Managing performance management processes in conjunction with department and line managers.
