Job summary

European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London seeks an Officer to provide secretarial and administrative support within the Office of the General Counsel. Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal and external clients on legal matters and due diligence.
  • Process engagements with outside counsel and arrange invoicing.
  • Prepare management reports using updated knowledge management templates.
  • Arrange travel, meetings and conference calls; support Board/committee prep.
