Office Team Leader

An exciting opportunity to join an international recognised law firm in a team leader position based in their Birmingham office! This role is office based in Birmingham city centre, and will require someone who has previous experience of Print and Post, Reprographics and Archiving, with some supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make appropriate adjustments to resource allocation to meet the standards of the business.
  • Ensure consistent punctuality for deadlines to be met for special delivery mail.
  • Oversee incoming requests using the task management systems.
  • Liaise with the Front of House team for support and reception cover.
  • Manage incoming requests promptly and organise couriers.
  • Manage and train General Office Assistants to perform their workplace duties.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Relevant experience working in a similar professional environment.
  • A positive, proactive approach to working.
  • Previous management experience.
  • Effectively able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Clear and strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a systematic approach.

This would be an ideal role for someone who has management experience and an interest in roles such as, Administrative Team Leader, Facilities Team Leader, and an Operations Supervisor.
