Job description

We are looking for a full-time Office / Studio Manager to join our production studio in Hackney Wick, starting as soon as possible.

You will be the go-to person and the face of Business Club, setting the tone and vibe to create a great environment for our small team, freelancers, and visitors. Your responsibilities include organizing freelancers, booking spaces, maintaining the office environment, and assisting with day-to-day general office duties.

About Business Club

We are a growing London-based production company specializing in high-end commercials and music videos with a global reach. Our roster features visually experimental, multi-award-winning directors.

We work with brands such as New Balance, Adidas, Sky, Depop, KFC, Twix, and agencies like Saatchi & Saatchi, Mother, and Wieden & Kennedy.

This role also involves working with our other business, Wyld Sauna, which shares our office space.

Wyld Sauna

Wyld is the UK’s first public floating sauna, located in Liverpool’s Prince’s Dock. It merges Scandinavian sauna culture with Liverpool’s urban landscape, offering a unique retreat for city dwellers and visitors to relax and unwind. Wyld is expanding to multiple cities across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing building responsibilities, liaising with landlords, cleaners, and suppliers
  • Booking freelancers and assisting with pitch processes
  • Ensuring the office is presentable, maintained, and stocked
  • Managing incoming/outgoing post and deliveries
  • Maintaining diaries and scheduling appointments
  • Managing company email and phone communications
  • Supporting internal and external producers and crew with admin tasks
  • Participating in hiring and interview processes
  • Providing PR, marketing, and social media support
  • Assisting with finance admin such as petty cash and expenses
  • Managing internal projects and organizing team socials and events
  • Supporting the creation of presentation decks

Requirements:
