Position: Office Sales and Front Desk Agent

Location: Andover

Type: Full-Time

Company Description:

Portway Mot Centre is a small but perfectly formed repair, service & MOT station. We take pride in caring for all makes & models of vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, scooters, motorhomes, horseboxes, and garden machinery.

Job Summary:

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes. You will be responsible for handling a variety of clerical tasks to support our daily operations and maintain efficient office procedures.

Duties:
  1. Sales and up-sales of MOT work and repairs.
  2. Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  3. Coordinate with the team to schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  4. Assist in organising and maintaining paper and electronic files.
  5. Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
  6. Support the team with any necessary administrative tasks to facilitate efficient workflow.

This role is varied and the duties above are only part of what is required.
