Join a Leading International Law Firm – Support Financial Operations Remotely

DAC Beachcroft is hiring a highly motivated Office Receipts Assistant to join its finance operations team. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced legal environment, supporting the accurate allocation of incoming funds and ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do

Financial Transactions & Allocation

  • Post and allocateTT and BACS receipts in office accounts
  • Process client-to-office transfers and office banking
  • Handle bill receipts, reversals, and bad debt write-offs

Compliance & Confidentiality

  • Ensure all transactions comply withSolicitors Accounts Rules
  • Handle sensitive financial data in line with data security protocols

Process Improvement & Software Expertise

  • Act as asuper user/trainer for RimiliaAlloc8 cash allocation software
  • Review and update procedures to align with regulatory and tech changes
  • Support ad hoc finance tasks as needed
