The Opportunity
We are seeking an organised and proactive Office & Procurement Coordinator to support our UK operations across multiple sites. This varied role is essential in maintaining high standards in office facilities, procurement processes, contractor coordination, and compliance documentation. You will contribute to business efficiency, health and safety, and supplier performance across the company’s operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure premises are safe, clean, well-maintained, and presentable for employees and visitors.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Support the upkeep of ISO documentation and contractor records.
• Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance, including risk assessments, permits, and site inductions.
• Raise and track purchase orders across multiple categories, including office supplies and facilities.
• Maintain notice boards, company branding, and communication materials across sites.
• Liaise with operational managers to gather feedback and ensure continuous improvement.
• Collate data for reporting on sustainability, carbon, fleet, contracts, and procurement KPIs.
• Support procurement activities including supplier onboarding, contract reviews, and audit readiness.
• Assist with CAPEX approval processes and general business support.
• Provide back-up to the procurement team for travel, fleet, and accommodation coordination.
• Ensure all health and safety documentation, inspections, and compliance records are kept accurate and up to date.

What We Are Looking For
Skills & Experience
• Experience in facilities, procurement or contract coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident with SAP, Excel, Word, and working within ISO or integrated management systems.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Understanding of compliance, health & safety, and contractor management processes.
• Comfortable producing and maintaining business documentation and records.
• Customer-focused, with a proactive and service-oriented approach.

Working hours/days/shifts
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
