Responsibilities:
Join our dynamic team as an Office Porter! You will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming environment in our office. Your responsibilities will include:
Conduct ongoing cleaning and clearing of kitchen areas to ensure a tidy workspace.
Perform daily floor walks to maintain cleanliness and order throughout the office.
Set up events and provide support, including moving furniture and arranging rooms as needed.
Offer ad-hoc support, including weekend cover and supervising as required.
Ensure health, safety, and compliance measures are followed at all times.
Manage stock levels efficiently and oversee deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and storage.
Deliver high-quality hospitality services, liaising with PR and M&E teams to coordinate successful events.
Execute deep cleaning of storage areas and pantries, keeping them sanitised and organised.
Oversee pantries and social areas, including setting up coffee stations and refilling stationary supplies.
Coordinate and support small events as needed, including snack activations.
Must-Have Skills:
