What You'll Do

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Please note that at BCG, this role is titled Enterprise Services Office Experience Assistant and would suit someone with experience in office administration, coordination and support!)

(Please note that is is an in person role and is required to be in the office 5 days a week and there is a good amount of manual lifting and handling required!)

As a key member of the Office Experience team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our London Canary Wharf office. This generalist role spans across our three core pillars — Facilities, Front of House, and Events — and requires someone who thrives on variety, enjoys being hands-on, and takes ownership of the little things that make a big difference.

This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, reliable, and energized by a fast-moving environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the overall functionality, cleanliness, and presentation of our space, ensuring that our teams and guests enjoy a seamless, welcoming experience each day.

YOU ARE GOOD AT

Maintaining Overall Appearance of the Office

  • Conduct regular walkthroughs to check meeting rooms, common areas, and workstations.

  • Restock supplies across the office, ensuring everything is clean, functional, and ready for use.

  • Monitor and address maintenance needs, escalating issues as appropriate.

  • Support the upkeep of shared spaces, including kitchens, lounges, and wellness rooms.

  • Heavy lifting of delivered office supplies and snacks

Front of House Support

  • Partner with reception to greet guests, cover breaks, and assist with visitor logistics.

  • Offer directions, local tips, and concierge-style support to staff and visitors.

  • Assist with tracking shared space usage and room reservations.

  • Step in to support other Office Services team members as needed.

Meetings & Event Support

  • Regular setup of flexible conference room spaces by moving conference tables and chairs to desired space setup.

  • Partner with facilities and events team to oversee on-site logistics, and coordinate with vendors access to loading bay and necessary permits / access.

  • Prep meeting materials and provide ongoing support while event is in progress.

  • Collaborate with events team leads on culture-building initiatives and prepare office-wide communications.

Catering & Kitchen Coordination

  • Setup food and beverages for meetings and events ensuring orders and meeting expectations are met.

  • Maintain strong relationships caterers and vendors.

  • Restock kitchen areas with snacks, beverages, and supplies throughout the day.

Office Supplies & Equipment

  • Monitor stock levels and reorder office and meeting room supplies as needed.

  • Check printers and other shared equipment regularly and restock consumables.

  • Ensure all resources — from whiteboard markers to staplers — are organized and available.

Employee Onboarding & Communication

  • Support new hire onboarding by preparing workstations and coordinating first day schedules.

  • Send welcome emails and assist with first-week logistics and introductions.

  • Help maintain clear internal communications via email, Slack, and in-office signage.

  • Gather feedback to continuously improve the in-office experience.



What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional service, hospitality, entertainment, events or similar environments.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and communication platforms like Slack.

  • High level of organization, reliability, and attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A collaborative team player with a service-oriented mindset.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

  • Ability to navigate and work effectively in a global, multicultural setting with individuals across all organizational levels.
