Role Profile

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-time Office Manager to join our team in London. This is a crucial role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys ensuring the smooth operation of an office. You'll be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks, providing essential support to our growing team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to

  • Manage general office administration, including ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and overseeing office tidiness.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, directing queries appropriately.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, including room bookings, catering arrangements, and minute-taking when required.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, preparing workstations, and managing initial administrative processes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Liaise with building management and external vendors for repairs, maintenance, and services.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive office culture, fostering a welcoming and collaborative environment.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

  • Proven experience in an office management or administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
  • Discreet and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Experience with basic bookkeeping or expense management is a plus.
